Ingredients: 2 tbsp vegetable oil; 6 garlic cloves; 1 onion; 2 tomatoes; 1 potato; 1 can luncheon meat; 6 eggs; 1.5 sachets MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g; 6 eggplants (roasted); 0.5 cup vegetabe oil

Directions

Step 1/4

Sauté garlic, onion, tomato, potato and luncheon meat in oil for 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Step 2/4

Beat eggs and add to the filling mixture. Season with remaining sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®.

Step 3/4

Season roasted eggplant with remaining ½ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Place egg mixture on top of the eggplant.

Step 4/4

Fry for 2 minutes per side. Drain excess oil. Repeat with the rest of the Torta. Transfer on a serving plate and serve with preferred dipping sauce.
